The Stuart Pointe Apartment complex is a 192-unit mixed income housing project made up of one and two-story townhomes. It was selected by the State of Florida to receive tax credits based on its quality of planning and design and the need for quality affordable housing in the area. HJA was the lead firm on the project and was responsible for the site planning and zoning approvals as well as preliminary landscape design.
