HJA designed the Master Plan for this 42-lot agricultural ranchette community on 212.1 acres located at the northeast corner of the intersection of I-95 and CR 76A in western Palm City, FL. The community is designed with four interconnections to the five existing lakes allowing boating and 1 mile of “open” connectivity for residents and improved water quality for the entire project.
