The Mason at Port Saint Lucie PUD is a mixed use residential multi-family community located in Port St. Lucie’s eastern CRA on one of the last vacant parcels along US1. There will be 2.3 acres of general commercial development fronting U.S. Hwy 1 and 14.59 acres of residential development comprised of 252 multi-family rental apartments.
