The Eastern Watershed Improvement Plan (EWIP) is a major flood prevention project built by the City of Port St. Lucie to alleviate flooding in the southeastern area of the city. HJA, in support of CAPTEC Engineering and senior City administrative staff provided the landscape architectural design of the upland areas for nine separate parcels which make up the project.
